چکیده
Geopolymer concrete is one of the innovative eco-friendly materials that has gained attention many researchers in sustainable development construction industry. The primary objective this experimental investigation to study flexural behaviour ternary blend geopolymer (TGPC) with various proportions hybrid fibres. In study, 27 reinforced beams were cast a TGPC grade M55 and tested under monotonic loading conditions. specimens length 1200 mm, depth 150 width 100 mm. Crimped steel (metallic) fibres polypropylene (non-metallic) used form effect on flexure. volume fractions varied up 1% an increment 0.5%, from 0.1% 0.25% 0.05%. test results analysed based first crack load, ultimate load-deflection behaviour, energy absorption capacity, moment-curvature relationship, ductility compared without reveals best alternatives for conventional cement concrete. addition potentially improves properties great extent. showcased HTGPC exhibited better than other combinations considered study. Additionally, effort was made develop model estimate strength fibres, predicted values found satisfactorily results.

متن کاملBehaviour of fibre reinforced concrete slabs
This paper presents a comparison of the properties of concrete slabs when two types of fibres are added. One specimen had no fibres and acted as a control specimen. The remaining four specimens had steel and polypropylene fibres added in the volumetric ratio of 0.5% and 1.0%. The dimensions of the slab specimens were 820×820×80 mm and were supported by four rollers at their edges. A displacemen...

This study presents a study on the ductility performance of hybrid fibre reinforced concrete. The influence of fibre content on the ductility performance of hybrid fibre reinforced concrete specimens having different fibre volume fractions was investigated. The parameters of investigation included modulus of rupture, ultimate load, service load, ultimate and service load deflection, crack width...
متن کاملEffect of Incorporating Foamed Glass on the Flexural Behaviour of Reinforced Concrete Beams
The flexural behaviour of concrete containing Foamed glass as partial replacement of coarse aggregate is investigated. The coarse aggregate was replaced with 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% Foamed glass. All other constituents were maintained the same. Reinforced concrete beams were cast using 2 bars of 8mm in diameter in the tensile zone. The density and compressive strength of concrete decreased a...
